Processing Time
We carefully package each order with prayer and attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please email us at shop@3in1.co.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once tracking shows your package as “Delivered,” 3in1 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery at chloe@3in1.co with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
All Sales Are Final
At 3in1, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned.
